Privacy Policy

This page explains what this review site does with your information. We publish reviews of online casinos. We are not a casino, we do not hold player accounts and we never ask you for card details or a deposit. The policy is short on purpose, because the site collects very little.

What we collect

When you read a page, our web server records standard technical data: your IP address, the browser and device type, the page you asked for, the time and the page that sent you here. Servers do this by default, and we use the records to keep the site running and to spot abuse.

We do not ask you to register, log in or leave a comment, so we hold no usernames, passwords or profiles. If you contact us by email, we keep your message and your address only for as long as it takes to answer and to keep a record of the exchange.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use a small number of cookies to remember basic display choices and to count visits in an aggregated way. Aggregated counts tell us which review sections people read, so we know where to add detail. They are not used to build a profile of you.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The pages will still load, though a few convenience features may not remember your last choice.

Links to casinos

Many buttons on this site lead to the casino being reviewed. Those links may carry a partner tag so that the operator can tell the visit came from us. When you click, you leave this site and the casino takes over as the data controller for anything you type there, including sign-up details and payment information.

Read the operator's own privacy policy before you register. We have no access to your account, your balance or your play history at any casino.

How we use and share data

We use the data described above to run the site, protect it and understand which reviews are useful. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the hosting and analytics providers that keep the site online, and with authorities if the law requires it.

If a service provider processes data outside Australia, we expect them to apply protections comparable to those you would get at home.

Retention and security

Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised. Emails are deleted once the matter is closed. We use HTTPS, restrict access to the server and keep software updated, although no website can promise absolute security.

Your choices and contact

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact details published on this site and tell us which page or email it relates to, so we can find the record quickly.

This policy is reviewed from time to time. When we change something that matters, we update the text on this page. Because this site is for adults only, we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
